It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved father, brother, grandfather and uncle, Terry McEwan. After a brief illness, with his sister Ginny by his side he passed away peacefully.
Left behind to mourn his passing are his partner Susan; children Jodi, Gayle (Eric), and Steven (Kim); grandchildren Caitlin, Ciaran, Ian, Alexei, Ava, and Brody; sister Virginia (Ginny); niece Cheri (Warren); nephew James; and many family and friends.
Terry was a dedicated long haul trucker known for his strong work ethic, warm humour, and kind heart. He loved animals and had a special bond with the pets he had over the years. His happiest place was his cabin at Lake Bronson, where he spent countless days fishing, relaxing on the pontoon with family and friends and sharing stories around the fire. The lake holds many of our most cherished memories of him.
A Celebration of Life is being held March 1, 2026 at 2:00 pm at the Bronx Park Community Centre on Henderson Hwy.
