Stanley Joseph Puchniak, 92, passed away peacefully in the evening on February 26, 2026, at River Park Gardens in Winnipeg.
Stan is survived by his wife, Darlene; his children, Mike, Steve, Tannis, and Stan Jr.; as well as his extended family and a wide circle of friends.
A memorial service to celebrate Stan’s life will be held on (date to be determined). In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the United Way.

Credit Stan with helping me launch my career as a CGA/CPA. Worked under his supervision back in the 60's and forever grateful for the support and encouragement he provided. Enjoyed our fishing and hunting trips in those and later years, and never forget Stan's infectious laugh through many good times. Sincere condolences to Stan Jr and the rest of the family.
