My condolences to Linda’s family. We grew up together in Morse Place and were often in the same class right through to high school. As I moved out of province and didn’t see her at the MMC 50th Anniversary Reunion, I went to her home for a brief hello. To me, she was as lovely as ever. Rest in peace, Linda. It was a pleasure to know you. - Posted by: Carol (Sobering) Cioci (Friend) on: May 26, 2026

Linda was a dear friend and colleague. We dedicated most of our professional teaching years working with and helping students with learning difficulties. In addition to the classroom tasks we created opportunities to travel to many Canadian cities. Fond memories of her will always be with us - Posted by: Peter Carasquero (Friend) on: May 20, 2026

Linda is very special to the Cavadini family. Whenever we were in Winnipeg always met up with Linda and Uncle Sandy at the casino along with other cousins and aunts. We sat there sharing stories reuniting making plans to hang out in the future. Family was very important to Linda and her immediate family just like it is to all the Kohut family. Our thoughts and prayers are with her immediate family. She like all her immediate family are very caring loving people who put family first and always there for family. We will miss her how she welcomed all family with open arms. - Posted by: Cavadini family (Cousin) on: May 16, 2026

I taught with Linda at John Pritchard. She was a wonderful person with tremendous spirit. We had many laughs together. Every day I looked forward to peaking into her classroom and sharing a laugh. - Posted by: Brad McKay (Former colleague) on: May 16, 2026

I taught with Linda at Miles Macdonnel Collegiate for several years. She was very dedicated to the Work Ed program and was a very good teacher. In later years she was quite involved with the Canadian Legion and also did a lot of work researching with the Canadian Armed Forces. But best of all, she was my travel buddy as we toured around Mexico; so many adventures and laughs. I will miss her so very much Love,'ya, Mean it, Linda - Posted by: Shirley Dudeck (Friend) on: May 16, 2026
