It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Donald Johnson on the morning of May 17th at St. Boniface Hospital due to numerous medical conditions.
Dad leaves behind his children Tamara (Carlos); son Kyle and granddaughter Sadie Johnson; sister Margaret (Gordon) Palka; in-laws Dennis (Kathy) Rudney; Judy Rudney; Jerald Kozub and Diane (Phil) LaRue. As well as numerous nieces and nephews whom he cherished and so many lifelong friends from Riverton, Arborg, Gimli, and Winnipeg.
By our father’s instruction there will be no formal funeral. Cremation has taken place and a graveside service for family and friends will be arranged for late summer. There, both our father and mother will be buried together.
