JASON THEODORE GOETTLER
It is with aching hearts that we announce the passing of our nephew and cousin, Jason Theodore Goettler, on May 27, 2026, after a hard-fought battle with cancer.
Jason was born in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan on November 8, 1972, to Barbara (nee Kreitz) and Terrence Goettler.
The family moved to Winnipeg when Jason was just a baby. He remained in Winnipeg until the age of 20 when he decided to head west. He loved Vancouver, the outdoors and especially animals.
Jason was predeceased by his parents Barbara Greenlaw and Terrence Goettler; his grandparents Al & Mildred Kreitz and Walter & Martha Goettler; his aunt Carol Pirlot and his uncles Kenneth Kreitz and Randy Goettler.
In keeping with his wishes, Jason has been cremated.
Much thanks to St. John Hospice for providing a safe and caring home to Jason for the last few months.
