It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our father Robert Marvyn Grant, on March 9, 2026 at the Holy Family Personal Care Home at the age of 84.
He was predeceased by his parents, George and Jean Grant, and his beloved wife of 56 years, Beverley Grant.
Marvyn will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his sons, Gordon (Jennifer) and David; grandchildren, Jordan, Mackenzie (Tyler), Jordan and Paige.
A celebration of Marvyn’s life will be held on Friday, June 26, 2026 at 2:00 pm at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue.

As a young man playing hockey, I always admired Mr. Grant. He always greeted us with a big smile, how ya doing and for sure on game day you'd hear him say, "The Jets are flying high!". Marv always worked the gate during our games and would volunteer his time and positive energy to every game, cheering us on both as a team and individual positive encouragement coming off the ice.
