Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGRACE DUNN July 14, 1906 - December 5, 1999 Born July 14, 1906, second child in a family of seven, to William and Josephine Anderson, in Chicago, Grace has been predeceased by all but her youngest sister Ruby, who presently resides in Florida with her husband Cy Fors. Widowed in 1989, Grace is lovingly remembered by her three children, Bill (Pat) of High River, AB, Dave (Karen) of Springfield, MB, Dorothy (Nat) of Winnipeg. During her lifetime, Grace enjoyed watching her seven grandchildren grow to adulthood, loved to dote on 13 great-grandchildren and even one great-great-grandchild! At 2:00 oclock Sunday, December 5, in the presence of several family members, Grace peacefully slipped away during the reading of Psalm 18 "The Lord is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower." Transcona Funeral Chapel has been entrusted with funeral arrangements. Funeral service will be held 1:30 Thursday, December 9 at East Kildonan Baptist Church, 700 Watt at Kimberly, with viewing one-half hour prior to the service. Interment will be at Sunnyside Cemetery, followed by a time of fellowship and sharing back at the church. Gifts are welcome for Gimli Bible Camp in honour of Graces lifelong devotion to children; floral tributes are also welcome. The family gratefully acknowledges the many daily kindnesses extended to Grace by the staff at Park Manor, also the faithful friends who came to visit. Most of all we give thanks to God for our mother.
