SUSIE THIESSEN (nee MATTHIES) Peacefully after a brief illness, on Friday, February 4, 2000 at the Grace General Hospital, Susie Thiessen, age 88 years, of Winnipeg, Manitoba, went to her heavenly home. Viewing will be held for Susies relatives and friends on Tuesday evening, February 8 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., in Wojciks Funeral Chapel, 2157 Portage Ave. at Sharp Blvd. and prior to her funeral service celebrating her life, which will be held on Wednesday, February 9 at 1:00 p.m., in the Westwood Community Church, 401 Westwood Dr., with Rev. Lorlie Barkman officiating. Interment will follow in Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens. "I am the resurrection and the life, he that believeth in me though he were dead yet shall he live and whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die."
