Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySARAH JANE MATHEWS Sarah Jane Mathews, infant daughter of Gordon and Melanie Mathews, was born February 8, 2000 at 12:49 p.m. After half an hour of life she slipped away in her Mothers arms to the loving arms of Jesus. She is survived by her loving parents, Gordon and Melanie Mathews; grandmother Jean Mathews; uncle David Mathews, Jennifer and Heather Mathews, aunt Loverne Irvine, Colin, and Sean Irvine, aunt Jill Mathews; grandfather Neil Zacharias, grandmother Bette Zacharias; aunt Kim Hildebrand, Lucas, Nolan and Marissa Hildebrand, aunt Monica Buller, uncle James Buller, Jessica, Cole and Riley Buller, uncle Carl Hildebrand. She was predeceased by her grandfather Phil Mathews in 1983. You were with us for such a short time and how we treasure that precious time God gave us to hold you, love you, and to say good-bye. You will be sadly missed but will never be forgotten and there will always be a special place in the hearts of those who love you so much. God, in His wisdom took you to be with Him where there is no pain and no sorrow. We love you Sarah Jane. Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 21 at 1:00 p.m. at The Meeting Place, 139 Smith St. Reception to follow at Klassen Funeral Chapel, 1897 Henderson Hwy. Gord and Melanie would like to thank their families, friends, and Pastor Paul Wartman for the support, comfort, and encouragement they provided during this difficult time. A special thanks to the doctors and nurses at St. Boniface Hospital Labour and Delivery Unit (ABC room). As well, we would like to thank Dr. Elizabeth Giesbrecht and Dr. Susan Taylor for their care.
