Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLOUIS HENRI LABARRE Peacefully, with his loving family at his side, Louis Henri Labarre passed away at the Repos-Jolys in St. Pierre, MB on Tuesday, February 29, 2000. Louis is survived by Therese and by his four darling children, Monique Langan of Winnipeg, Frank of Winnipeg, Gilbert of Flin Flon and Lionel of Albuquerque, New Mexico; as well as ten grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his father in 1955; his mother in 1950 and by his sister in 1968. Louis was born in Carrick, MB on September 14, 1912. He worked for the Hudson Bay Mining and Smelting in Flin Flon from 1942 until he retired in November of 1973. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus for over 40 years. He enjoyed his hockey games, loved his family, and really enjoyed his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. His courage, positive attitude and great sense of humour will be missed by his family and friends. Cremation has taken place. Funeral services will be held at the Holy Family Church, 778 Archibald St., on Monday, March 6 at 2:00 p.m. Father Ron Leger will celebrate the Memorial Mass. Private interment of Louis cremated remains will take place at a later date. LECLAIRE BROTHERS in care of arrangements. 775-2220.
