Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMAYSEL (MAISIE) FIELDS August 1, 1912 - March 14, 2000 Our Nanna went to help Jesus. We know she is happy to be with our Mom again. She was predeceased by husband Cyril who gave his life fighting in Africa (1945), second husband George (1975), and daughter Trudy (1994). She is survived by son-in-law Brian Young, grandson Ian Jensen-Young (Anne-Marie) and great-grandson Christopher, granddaughter Lyn Babb (Mike) and great-grandchildren, Jessica and Michael and grandson Neal Young (Lana). When she arrived in Canada from England to live with her family, she always helped in whatever way she could. She was a constant companion for all of us and also a strong supporter of all of our endeavours. She gave back to the community by helping with community fundraising, in particular at Prince Edward School and Bronx Park Community Club. Nanna was always a giver, never asking for anything in return. Now she is out of pain. We will always miss her love and companionship. We would like to thank those that helped look after her; the very caring staff at Park Manor Care Home. A memorial service will be held on Monday, March 20 at 2:00 p.m. at Park Manor Personal Care Home, 301 Redonda St., Winnipeg. Cropo Funeral Chapel in care of arrangements, 586-8044.
