Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryEVA STAROSTIUK (nee KOZAK) On Tuesday, August 8, 2000 at Concordia Hospital, Eva Starostiuk, aged 92 of Winnipeg. Eva was born November 14, 1907 in the village of Reepniw, W. Ukraine. As a young girl, she immigrated to western Canada and eventually settled in Winnipeg where she met and married Jeffrem Starostiuk. Eva was employed primarily as a seamstress in the garment industry. She loved gardening in the sun, cooking and baking. Left to cherish Evas memory are her son Jeff of Winnipeg and family in Ukraine. Funeral service will be held 10:30 a.m. Friday, (today) August 11 at Korban Funeral Chapel, 907 Main St. with Very Rev. H. Lakusta officiating. Interment will follow in Brookside Cemetery.
