VERN SUTHERLAND It is with great sadness that the family announces the sudden passing of Vern Sutherland, age 59, while vacationing in Mexico on November 24, 2000. Cherished husband and lifelong companion of his deeply missed late wife Donna Sutherland. Dedicated, unfailing father of Christie and Shannon Sutherland. Vern was predeceased by his father Bill Sutherland, mother Hannah and his brother Ivan. Verns adventurous spirit and forthright wit will be fondly remembered by family, friends and coworkers within the pharmacy community from which he retired in 1994, and the many groups and associations in which he participated. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, December 2 at 2:00 p.m. in Green Acres Funeral Chapel, Hwy. #1 East at Navin Road, with Deacon Paul Martin officiating.
