JACOB (JAKE) GIELEN Passed away peacefully after a lengthy illness on Sunday, December 10, 2000 in the Concordia General Hospital at the age of 69 years. It was Jakes request that no service be held. If friends so desire, donations may be made in Jakes memory to CancerCare Manitoba, ON109 - 675 McDermot Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3E 0V9. The family would like to extend thanks to Dr. B.
