LORETTA TETRAULT It is with our deepest sadness that the family of Loretta Tetrault (nee Bruchanski) announces the passing of their beloved mother, grandmother and friend, after a brief but courageous battle with cancer. She was predeceased by her husband Roger (1999) her son Curtis (1977) her mother Margaret (1959) father Michael (1999) and sister Beverlee (1993). She will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her children, Margie (Randy), Perry (Cindy), Kevin (Caroline), Trevor (Corrine) grandchildren, Hailee, Larissa, Jordan, Quin, Conor, Shelby, Shenille, Brittany, Brett and Amy; brothers and sisters, Allen (Terry), Mort (Alice), Sherrin (Bob), Wayne (Linda), Grant (Shirley), Bonnie (Donnie), Brenda (Reg) and their many children and grandchildren. Loretta was born in St. Boniface October 23, 1935, raised in Brookfield attending Brookfield School. Until marrying Roger in 1957, she was employed by the T. Eaton Co. in Winnipeg. During their first years together they moved alot, Grand Rapids, Richer and Winnipeg. These were only a few places that were lucky enough to be graced by her presence. They finally settled back in Lac du Bonnet in the early 70s and established Tetrault Motors. Upon selling the business, Loretta took a position at the town office on March 1, 1978 of which she recently retired on October 13, 2000. There will never be enough words or paper to give our Mom the accolades she deserves. Besides touching the hearts of everyone she knew or met, she was also known for her great sense of humour, her love for wildlife and gardening, her talent for arts and crafts, her eloquence of penmanship, her great cooking, her love of travel and sense of adventure. Anyone who know Mom knew life and we her children know that she leaves us with very big shoes to fill. No one can ever replace our Mother. Love your children. Funeral services will be held in the Lac du Bonnet Community Centre on Tuesday, January 16 at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the charity of your choice or to the Lac du Bonnet Community Centre.
