ZUS TEUNIS After a short but courageous battle with cancer, on January 20, 2001, surrounded by her family, Zus Teunis passed away at the age of 73 years. She leaves to mourn her passing, her husband Anton; children Corry (Reay), Mien (Marc), Joy (Michael), Wilma (Sonny), Tony (Donna), Mark (Susan) 11 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Jo (Adrie), Arie (Janny), Bertha (Hans), and Hans, sisters-in-law Irene and Tini. Also left to mourn in the Netherlands are in-laws Anna (Frans) and Frans (Nellie) as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Zus is predeceased by her parents and two brothers Case and Gerry. A gathering to celebrate Zus life will be held Wednesday, January 24 at 1:00 p.m. at P. Coutu Funeral Chapel, 156 Marion St. Family extends sincere thanks to the terrific staff on Palliative Care Unit at St. Boniface Hospital for the loving care given to Mom.
