Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANGELA (NELLIE) LACHOWSKI (nee POLKOWSKI) Mrs. Angela Lachowski, aged 84 years, of Beausejour, Man. beloved wife of the late James Lachowski, passed away peacefully, after a lengthy illness, on Tuesday, January 23, 2001 at the Health Sciences Centre, Winnipeg, Man. She will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her family; her sons, Jack and Lawrence both of Beausejour; her daughter Audrey and her husband Lloyd Wozny of Winnipeg; her sisters Katie (Frank) Urban of Chilliwack, B.C. Barbara Bednarz of Delhi, Ont; also many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband James May 30, 1999; her parents, Adam and Mary Polkowski; her brother Rudolf; her sisters Mary, Helen, Rosie, Julie, Bertha and Annie. Prayers will be said on Friday January 26 at 7:00 p.m. at Sobering Funeral Chapel, Park Ave. E. Beausejour. Funeral Liturgy will be held on Saturday January 27 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Marys Roman Catholic Church, Beausejour with Rev. Fr. Owen Steeves presiding. Interment will follow in the Parish Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Mervin Koscielny, Jr., Don Tonn, Richard Baker, Henry Gebel, Martin Nolt, Jr., and Dave Peitsch. A heartfelt thanks to all the doctors on Oncology at Health Sciences Centre, especially Dr. James Johnston for all their care and kindness. Extra special thanks to the nurses and staff of H4, especially Sandra and Marilyn and the nurses and staff of D5 at the Health Sciences Centre.
