DR. MARIA CARLA CONCONE STEPHENS 1937 - 2001 It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Maria Carla Concone Stephens, in the presence of her family, in the early hours of February 1, 2001, at St. Boniface General Hospital. She is lovingly rememberedby her husband Newman; her sons, Daniel and Alexander; her sister Marta; her brothers, Cesar, Bruno and Henrique, their spouses; her nieces, nephews, many friends and finally, by her mother Rosina Concone. She is predeceased by her father Mario Concone and her beloved niece Mariana. Carlas expressed wish was to be cremated and interred in a private family service. Friends are invited to attend an informal memorial commemoration for her at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 10 at the University of Manitoba Faculty Club (26 Maclean Cres.). All are welcome.
