Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryEARLE FERGUSON 1922 - 2001 It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved father and grandfather, Earle Ferguson, on Monday, April 16, 2001 at Ste. Anne Hospital. After a courageous battle with cancer, Earle went to rest with his beloved wife Joanne. He will be lovingly remembered by his sons, Warren (Pam), Frank (Patti), his daughters, Mearle (Todd), Aldis (Jimmy), Elaine (Cory) grandchildren, Megan, Tommy, Ashley, Matthew, Andrew, Amber, Michael, Kara-Lee, Brandy, Janessa and Chance; also surviving are his brothers, Theodore (Lois), David (Pam), three nieces and three nephews. He was predeceased by his wife Joanne in July 1993 and by an infant sister Florence Olive. Earle was born on May 21, 1922 in Elm Grove where he remained until his passing. Earle loved the rural life, tending and growing the flowers he so enjoyed. Should friends so desire, flowers or memorial donations to the Cancer Fund would be gratefully appreciated. Earles family would like to thank the Home Care workers, nurses and all his close friends and relatives, who came to visit and help whenever needed. Your kindness and concern will always be remembered. Viewing will be held Thursday evening April 19 between 7:00 and 8:00 p.m. at the Transcona Funeral Chapel, 1800 Day St. Funeral service to follow on Friday, April 20 at 2:00 p.m. also at the chapel with Rev. Jane Wetelainen and Rev. Jack Ballantine-Dickson officiating. Interment at Sunnyside Cemetery. Transcona Funeral Chapel in care of arrangements.
