CLEMENCE (CAL) JOSEPH KVEDER On Saturday, May 12, 2001, Clemence (Cal) Joseph Kveder, aged 68, passed away peacefully at the Concordia Hospital. Cal was predeceased by his mother Julia in 1975; his father Joseph in 1962 and his granddaughter Kristen in 1990. He will be sadly missed by his wife Muriel, and sons and daughters, Ken (Marnie), Wendy, Kim (Eric), Jeff, Cindy (Dave) grandchildren, Calvin, Christine, Laura, Evan and Ryan; sisters, Sally (Rob) and Bernice, and many nephews and nieces. Cal was born in Winnipeg on September 3, 1932. He was involved in the printing and paper box industry all his life and was a hands-on director at Western Paper Box Co. Cal and family spent many years at the family cabin. He loved fishing and was an avid sports fan. Cal will always be remembered for his generosity, kindness, and his wonderful sense of humour. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. Many thanks to the staff at Concordia Hospital for all their wonderful care and support. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Concordia Hospital Foundation. Family and friends may pay their respects on Tuesday, May 15 at Bardal Funeral Home between 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 16 at Bardal Funeral Home, 843 Sherbrook St. Interment to follow at Green Acres Cemetery.
