SANDRA (SANDII) ILEEN FELIX Peacefully, on Friday, July 6, 2001, Sandra Felix, our beloved wife and mother, passed away. Sandra will be lov-ingly missed by her husband of 20 years, Stephen; two children, Carl and Stefanie; her parents, Merton and Norma Welch; grandmother Meta Reid; sisters, Michelle (Jim), and Veronica (Hector) three uncles, Ed (Carmen), Orville and Vinston (Rose) three aunts, Dora (Tommy), Cora and Glenville (Kenneth) mother and father-in-law, Stanley and Yvonne Richmond; brother and sister-in-laws, Monty (Jane), Sandra (Dennis), Andrea, and Raymond (Tammie) many nieces, nephews, cousins, (especially Malcolm (Kathi) and Larry (Cheryl)) and numerous relatives and friends. Sandra was born in Liverpool, England on April 15, 1958. She came to Canada when she was nine and attended Victory, Edmund Partridge and Windsor Park Collegiate. She met and married Stephen in 1980 and she was employed with the City of Winnipeg for many years. Sandra loved to be surrounded by her family and friends and enjoyed traveling, gardening and crafts. The family wish to thank Dr. Maxwell and staff of the Oncology Department at Victoria Hospital and also Drs. MacMillan and Gillespie for all their care, compassion and support. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 11 at 1:00 p.m. at Pilgrim Baptist Church, 41 Maple St. with Pastor Darryl Caston officiating.
