RAYMOND SAMUEL DAVID January 31, 1923 - November 27, 2001 On Tuesday, November 27, 2001, Raymond Samuel David, aged 78 years, of Victoria Beach, MB, passed away peacefully at Deer Lodge Centre with his family at his side. He will be lovingly remembered by his brothers, Leonard and Fred (Ingrid) and their families and especially his niece Lynn Dyker for her loving care and devotion to her uncle during his stay at the Deer Lodge Centre. Raymond lived at Victoria Beach until the last four years which were spent at Deer Lodge. He had served overseas during the Second World War. He returned to Victoria Beach and helped operate Davids Store for many years with his mother and father. Raymond will be remembered for his kindness, generosity and contributions to many charities. Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 30 at 2:00 p.m. in the St. Michaels Church at Victoria Beach with Pastor Jake Wiebe officiating. Interment in the Victoria Beach Cemetery. The family gratefully acknowledges the wonderful staff of T-5 Deer Lodge Centre. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Arthritis Society, 105 - 368 Broadway, Winnipeg, R3C 3R6.
