Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPETER D. LABUN 1909 - 2001 On Thursday December 6, 2001 at the Salem Home Winkler, Peter D. Labun, aged 92 years, of Winkler, went to his eternal rest. He was predeceased by his wife Esther (nee Nickel) in 1997. He leaves to mourn his passing his daughter Dorothy and husband Ed Martens of Killarney; five sons, Richard and wife Hanny of Winnipeg, Ed and wife Grace of Winnipeg, Walter Labun and wife Martha Zacharias of Saskatoon, SK, Ted and wife Verna of Calgary, AB, Charles and wife Carolyn of Surrey, BC; 16 grandchildren; one brother; four sisters; two brothers-in-law; one sister-in-law and their families. Viewing will be at Wiebe Funeral Home Winkler (121 8th St.) Sunday and Monday 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and at the church prior to the service. Funeral will be held Tuesday, December 11, 11:00 a.m. at the Winkler M.B. Church (120 Pineview Dr.), Pastor Ted Goossen officiating. Interment will follow at the Bloomfield-Rosewell Cemetery. Donations may be made to the Gideon Memorial Bible Plan, available at the church. Wiebe Funeral Home Winkler in care of arrangements. 325-4201.
