KATHLEEN ANNE BRUNNER (nee HOLMES) Kathleen passed away on December 17, 2001 after almost a year long struggle with cancer. Kay was born in Winnipeg on August 5, 1935. She was predeceased by her mother Anne Holmes (Pollard/Pawelko) in 1986 and her father Edward in 1987. She leaves to mourn, sister, Irene (Cliff) Sveinson, sister Gladys Holmes, brother Edward (Marj) Holmes, sister Eleanor (Ralph) Link and nieces and nephews and their families, Brad (Colleen) Sveinson, Aidan and Halley, Tom (Karen) Sveinson, Caila, Eric, and Kyle, Cathy and Dave Eyolfson, Shawn Holmes, Devin and Eryck, Robert (Sheryl) Holmes, Tanya Holmes, Andrew (Phyllis) Holmes and Bruce Link. Following Kays wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens on Thursday, December 20 at 12:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the CancerCare Manitoba, ON109 - 675 McDermot Ave., Winnipeg, MB, R3E 0V9 or to a charity of your choice.
