KATRINA PLETT 1917 - 2001 On Saturday December 22, 2001, at Boundary Trails Health Centre, Katrina "Teene" Plett (nee Doell), aged 84 years, of Winkler, formerly of the Kleefeld School District, went to her eternal rest. She was predeceased by husband Isaac Plett in 1999, and by two sisters and three brothers. She leaves to mourn her passing two daughters Helen and Ed Wiens of Langley, BC; Cathy and Tom Mitchell of Winnipeg; three sons, Ron and Tina Plett of Morden; Richard and Diana Plett of Winnipeg; Ray and Sherry Plett of Morden; 12 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, one sister, one brother and families. Viewing will be held today 1:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. at Wiebe Funeral Home Winkler, and at the church prior to the service. Funeral service will be Sunday December 30, 2:30 p.m. at Grace Mennonite Church Winkler (1350 Pembina Hwy.), Pastor Menno Janzen officiating. Interment will follow at Winkler Cemetery.
