IDA JUDITH ANN MURTA (SCOTT) Peacefully, on December 27, 2001 at Riverview Health Centre, Ida Judith Ann Murta, beloved mother and grandmother, passed away at the age of 58. Judith was predeceased by her parents, Watson and Winifred Scott. She is survived by her son Scott Murta (Cheryl) and daughter Tracey Muir (Ron) granddaughter Caitlin Muir; sister Patricia Butterfield (Wayne) and their children Ryan and Eryn. Judith will also be dearly missed by her special friend Brian Yussack. Judiths first love was her horses. Spending summers at country fairs, and winters at local skating rinks, Judith always found the time and energy for her children. In later years, she enjoyed ceramics and was an active member of the Tache Residents Council. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 3 at 2:30 p.m. in the Thomson Funeral Chapels, 669 Broadway, with Rev. Colin Peterson officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the MS Society of Canada, Manitoba Division, 400 - 141 Bannatyne Ave., R3B 0R3.
