GLENDA ANN (AUNTY) KUSNICK It is with great sadness that the family announces the untimely, but peaceful, passing of Glenda Kusnick on December 29, 2001, at the age of 48. Glenda will be lovingly remembered and dearly missed by her husband Jim; daughters, Jaime (James) and Jacqui; son Jae; sister Debra (Ken) Robertson; brother John (Dawna) McDonald; and grandson Brandon. She was predeceased by her parents Ted and Grace McDonald. Glenda was a loving wife, mother, sister, and nana. Glenda was born in Winnipeg on December 25, 1953, but grew up in Brandon, returning to Winnipeg after graduating. She was a dedicated employee of MTS for 22 years. Glenda was famous in her family for her great sense of humour. She could often be found planning practical jokes, or carrying them out on her special brother-in-law "Uncle Kenny". She was always concerned for others, and went out of her way to take special care of her family. Glenda will take with her special memories of a magical balloon ride over the city, travelling to warm destinations and special times with her family and little black poodle. Glendas family would like to thank her friends and co-workers at MTS who have gone out of their was to make her last three months very special to Glenda and her family, and the wonderful staff at Riverview Health Centre (wing 3E). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 3, 2002, at 3:00 p.m. at the Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. Interment to follow in Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens.
