EVELYN MARKS Peacefully in her sleep, on Friday, January 4, 2002, at the age of 80, Evelyn passed away. Predeceased by her loving husband Jack Keay. She will be lovingly remembered by daughter Sheila Reid (Bruce) grandchildren, Chuck (Sue) Reid, Cheryl (Jerry) Hawley, Lori Reid and Lori Macklem; and great-grandchildren, Brandon and Kaitlin Reid, Christopher and Ryan Hawley. Her life was all about her unconditional love for her family. Her favourite pastimes were knitting, cooking and above all she loved to go to the lake to fish. She had a strong religious belief and loved to help people who were in need. Special thanks to Dr. Helga Sickert, Sharon and Brenda at Meadowood Medical Centre for their years of caring and support, the doctors and all the nurses and health care staff on Floor 3E at the Riverview Health Centre for the extraordinary support and care. Also to Lynne Anderson and the home care individuals who helped daily with her care at home. A private family service was held on January 7, 2002. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Alzheimer Society, the Lung Association, or to the Riverview Health Centre.
