DUNCAN FORDYCE On Friday, January 11, 2002, at Concordia Hospital, Duncan Fordyce passed away at the age of 70. He is survived by his wife June; sons, David and Robert(Joan) granddaughters, Rachelle and Veronica; and cousins in England. Duncan was born in Winnipeg on March 6, 1931. He grew up in Elmwood and was involved in sales throughout his whole life. He ran his own business for 35 years, Duncs Auto Supplies. Duncan was very proud of the many friendships he made through his business. Duncan was very involved with the Fort Garry Curling Club, loving the sport, being past president and being a life member. Duncan loved life and people. He loved the outdoors, Toniata summers with camp fires was something he looked forward to every year. He also enjoyed fishing, golf, tennis and skiing. Duncan will be greatly missed by his family and special friend John. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 17, at 11:00 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Flowers gratefully declined.
