Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryREBECCA KETTNER Peacefully, on Wednesday, January 9, 2002, at the Sharon Home, Rebecca Kettner, passed away after a long life. Rebecca was predeceased by her husband Abe Kettner. She will be sadly missed by daughters, Beverley Epstein, and Carol Aiken of San Francisco; grandchildren, Howard (Tami) Epstein of San Francisco, Barbara Epstein (Steve Karolewski) of Minneapolis, Bruce Epstein of Sacramento, and Lesley Aiken of San Francisco; and great-grandchildren, Amanda Epstein of Sacramento, and Adam Epstein of San Francisco. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother and travelled many years to California and Minnesota to visit her children. Rebecca was especially considerate and was always ready with a helping hand. Among her many interests, she was greatly admired for her baking and knitting abilities. In accordance with Rebeccas wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service celebrating Rebeccas life will take place at the Sharon Home, 146 Magnus Ave., on Wednesday, January 16, at 2:00 p.m. Heartfelt thanks are extended to all the staff, caregivers and companions at the Sharon Home and to friends. You all helped so much during her last years. Your support is gratefully appreciated. Memorial donations may be made to the Sharon Home, 146 Magnus Ave., Winnipeg, MB, R2W 2B4.
