ROLAND ROUGEAU With his family by his side, Roland passed away at the St. Boniface Hospital on January 25, 2002, at the age of 64 years. He will be lovingly cherished by his beloved wife Margaret (nee Schultz) one son Daniel; three daughters, Joanne (Rick) Fleming, Collette (Bill) Tencha and Louise (Doug) Muller; six grandchildren, Tannis, Keith, Kyle, Lindsy, Keenan and Landon; three great-grandchildren, Dillon, Brelynne and Brayden; one sister Anne-Marie in La Broquerie, MB; and many relatives and friends. Roland was predeceased by his parents and brother Gerard in 2001. Rolly started working for the City of Winnipeg in 1959 and retired in 1991 at his favourite place, St. Laurent. A special thanks to our niece Caroline Deerpalsing for her care and compassion as well as all the support she has shown our family during these difficult times. Thank you to Dr. R. Davey and also to all the staff at St. Boniface Hospital 6A Medicine. Memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 31 at the Holy Cross Roman Catholic Church, 252 Dubuc St. Interment of the cremated remains will take place at Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Society for Manitobans with Disabilities Foundation (Childrens Services), 825 Sherbrook St., Winnipeg, MB, R3A 1M5.
