MICHAEL ROMANCHUK Michael passed away peacefully in his mothers arms on February 3, 2002 at the Childrens Hospital at the age of 15. Despite a very stormy entrance into this world on November 28, 1986, Michael faced his many challenges with a smile that captured the hearts of all those who knew him. He enjoyed music, going for walks, going to summer camp with Brian, and special times with Brigitte and Gerry. Our life together was full of love, joy and laughter. Every day with Michael was a gift and we feel blessed to have shared his life. He was predeceased by his grandparents and leaves to cherish his memories, his mom, Shirley; his dad, Bill; his brother, Shawn; his sister and brother-in-law, Sheri and Jason; nieces, Ashley and Mackenzie; and nephews, Tristan and Brennen. He is also survived by many cousins, uncles and aunts, and friends. The family would like to express their gratitude to all the staff at the Childrens Hospital for the care they provided. A celebration of Michaels life will take place on Thursday, February 7, at 2:00 p.m. in the Sterling Mennonite Fellowship, 1008 Dakota St. Viewing at the church prior to the service.
