Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryRITA ELAINE BOUTET CHORNOBY On Thursday, February 7, 2002 at the age of 46 years, Elaine passed away peacefully surrounded by her family. She will be missed by her daughters, Faith and Nicole; granddaughter Alexandrea; and soul-mate John. Also left to cherish her memory are her mother Florence; her brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews; and many friends. She was predeceased by her father Bob. "Elaine, we all love you and will never forget your amazing inner strength and your zest for life. The memory of your continuous smile and optimism will inspire us to live every day to the fullest, just as you did." A special thank you to Dr. Lynch, Sarah and Norma, and all the caring staff at H.S.C. Cremation has taken place.
