JUSTINA PETERS On February 15, 2002 at Bethania Mennonite Personal Care Home, Winnipeg, Justina Peters, wife of the late Henry Peters, passed away peacefully at the age of 95 years. She is survived by two daughters, Cathy (Frank) Pries, Martha (Henry) Fast, all of Winnipeg; three sons, Henry (Marie) of Blind Bay, BC, Jake (Agnes) of Calgary, AB, Abe (Anne) of Winnipeg; also 18 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, and one brother Jacob of Altona. Justina was predeceased by her husband, Henry; grandsons Raymond and Donald; Donalds wife Ika and their daughter Lila; also Brent Baker, husband of granddaughter Linda. Justina will be remembered for the love she gave her family and her willingness to help others. Special thanks to the nursing and support staff and chaplains of Bethania for their love and care. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 20 at 11:00 a.m. at Bethel Mennonite Church, 870 Carter at Stafford. Interment at Mennonite Memorial Gardens. Viewing at the church prior to the service. If friends desire, donations may be made to Mennonite Central Committee or Manitoba Lung Association. Arrangements entrusted to Klassen Funeral Chapel, 338-0331.
