Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryALEXANDER ROGAN April 14, 1923 - February 19, 2002 Alexander Rogan passed away at home with his family by his side. Alex leaves to mourn his wife of 48 years, Anna, children, Barbara, Cindy, Alanna, and Andrew; daughter-in-law Sandra Rogan; son-in-law Kerry Scarsbrook; sisters, Olive Barron, and Marie Boychuk; brother Andrew Rogan (Rita) the family pets and a large extended family. He is predeceased by his parents, Nicholas and Katherine; and mother-in-law Nellie Harynuk. Many will remember Alex as a humourous, good-natured individual who was dedicated to his family, friends and church. Alex was a long standing member and officer with the Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral of St. Ivan Suchavsky and the consistory of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church in America and Canada until a few years ago. Als familiar face was always seen behind the counter at the Perogy House, a family business that was an institution in the north end. Al along with Anna and Andrew made the best perogies in Winnipeg for over 33 years. Our sincere thanks to all the ambulatory staff and hospital staff at Concordia hospital who attended to Dads needs that night and over the past years. Special thanks to Dr. Ron Scrapneck and Christi. Thanks to Drs. Macek and Wiebe for dads continued health care. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, February 24 at 2:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. There will be a private family interment at a later date. Honorary pallbearers will be Bill Harynuk, Scott Armstrong, Jerry Rogan, Glenn Boychuk, Randy Stupendick, Jack Harynuk, Gerry Zukowski, Paul Lesyk and Kerry Scarsbrook. If desired, donations can be made in Alexs memory to St. Ivan Suchavsky Cathedral, 949 Main St., Winnipeg, R2W 3P2 or a charity of choice. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
