DONALD BONNER Peacefully at Parkwood Hospital, London, ON on Tuesday, February 26, 2002, Mr. Donald William Bonner, at the age of 79. Beloved husband of Eva (House) Bonner. Loving father of Cheryle Trudgeon and her husband Colone of Cochrane, AB, Evelyn Ross and her husband Miles of Burlington, and Alan Bonner of London. Dear brother of Bob, Dora, Ivan and his wife Marg, all of Winnipeg, and Joyce Campbell and her husband Ken of Cypress River, MB. Also loved by his five grandchildren, Michelle and Jamie Trudgeon and Adam, Jon, and Katie Ross. Dear brother-in-law of Roy House and his wife Joan of Fingal, and Ruth Dunsmore and her husband Oliver of Lambeth. Loved by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his father and mother, and by his brother David of Roland, MB. Don worked for 33 years at General Motors Diesel, was a veteran of the Second World War, No. 5 and No. 113 (Bomber-Reconnaissance) Squadrons and was a member of Oakridge Presbyterian Church. Family and friends will be received at the Westview Funeral Chapel, 709 Wonderland Rd. N., London, (519-641-1793) on Friday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be conducted at Oakridge Presbyterian Church, 862 Freele St. (at Oxford) on Saturday, March 2 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Dr. Terry Ingram officiating. Memorial donations to the Canadian Prostate Cancer Research Fund or to the Oakridge Presbyterian Church Building Fund would be greatly appreciated by the family.
