Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryROLANDE LOUISE (ROLLIE) McDOUGALL Peacefully on Wed-nesday, February 27, 2002 at the Victoria Hospital, Winnipeg, with her family by her side, Rolande (Rollie) McDougall, aged 74 years, of Stonewall, formerly of Warren. Rolande Louise McDougall was born on August 27, 1927 in Winnipeg, MB. "Rollie" as she was known by, lived with her mother for many years. She worked at Perths Cleaners as a floor supervisor for 34 years. When her mother became ill, Rollie retired from Perths to care for her. In 1985, Rollie moved to Warren to live with her twin sister Edwina and her brother-in-law Fred Manness. Rollie enjoyed the country lifestyle. In 2001, Rollie moved with Edwina and Fred to Lions Manor in Stonewall, MB. Rollie became ill in October 2001 and eventually moved into a nursing home. She was predeceased by her father Colin and mother Alice McDougall; brothers, Aime, Phil and Butch McDougall. She is survived by her twin sister Edwina Manness (Fred) brothers, Leo and Frank (Marg) McDougall; sisters-in-law, Betty and Anne; numerous nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews. Rollie will be sadly missed by many who knew and loved her. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 2 at 10:00 a.m. at the MacKenzie Funeral Chapel, Stonewall. Rev. John Stennett will officiate, with interment to follow at the Warren Cemetery, Warren, MB. Pallbearers will be Mel Sine, Lyle MacMillian, Stuart Manness, Jim Riddell, Ron Manness, Craig Bohne. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a donation be made to the Stonewall Lions Club, Stonewall, MB. MacKenzie Funeral Home, Stonewall in care of arrangements.
