Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGEORGINA M. "GEORGIE" CLUNEY On March 2, 2002 at St. Boniface Palliative Care, Georgina M. Cluney of Winnipeg at 70 years. Born at Kenosee Lake, SK, daughter of the late Jack and Ellen (Nellie) Eustace, Georgie was predeceased by beloved husband Charles and sister Patricia (Pat) Robertson. Georgina leaves to mourn beloved son Douglas of Winnipeg and twin granddaughters, Valerie and Veronica Cluney; nieces, nephews and friends at home and other provinces. With husband Charles, a member of the Canadian Armed Services (2 Bn. R.C.H.A.) serving Canada and abroad, Georgie had resided in Winnipeg, Saint John/Gagetown, NB, Camp Shilo, Quebec City, Ottawa and Brandon. She had valued very highly, many friendships gained over 15 years of pre-retirement spent at Eatons. Heartfelt thanks and appreciation are extended by the family to staff of St. Boniface for their attention and care during Georgies illness and to family and friends for their ongoing support. At Georgies request, cremation has taken place. A memorial service, celebrating Georgies life, will be held at Neil Bardal Chapel (984 Portage Ave., Aubrey St. entrance), 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 6. Service to be conducted by the Rev. Bob Webster. A reception will follow at the same location. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Manitoba Lung Association or charity of choice.
