ALBERT WALTER MELQUIST Albert Walter Melquist, aged 79, of Lac du Bonnet, beloved husband of Jessie passed away peacefully on March 02, 2002 at Beausejour Hospital. He is survived by his wife Jessie; daughters, Ruby, Pearl, her friend Larry, Coral and husband Jeff; grandchildren, Patricia, her fiance Lewis, Colin, his friend Garland, Elizabeth and James; brothers, Axel and Arvid; sisters, Katie and Mildred and sister-in-law Gladys. A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held on Saturday, March 9 at 1:00 p.m. at Sobering Funeral Chapel in Beausejour, MB, Pastor Ingthor Isfeld officiating. The family would like to thank the nurses and staff at Beausejour Hospital for the attentive care given to Albert. A special thank-you to Alberts Godchild Debbie and her husband Loren for being at his side during his final hours.
