Offer Condolences or Memory(MARIE THERESE) LUCILLE BALL 1925 - 2002 Suddenly, at home, on Thursday, February 28, 2002, our beloved mother passed away. Lucille was pre-deceased by her husband Eric James in 1998. She is lovingly remembered by her five children, Karen, Sherrill Greenaway (Richard), Sheilagh (Jerry Lielke), Shawn and Sheldon (Sheryl) grandchildren, Robert Greenaway, Ryan Greenaway (Mandy) and Jesse, Aaron and Eric Lielke; brother Larche Paul and sister Beatrice Fraser; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends. Lucille chose to devote her time fully as a mother and homemaker, until the youngest of her children reached adolescence, when she held a number of part-time positions outside the home. Mother had a great love for music and her faith, demonstrated by her active involvement in The Sweet Adelines, church choir and most recently, the performing troupe, "Saints and Sinners." Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, March 6, at 10:00 a.m. at Blessed Sacrament Parish, 425 Rosseau Ave., East, Transcona with Father Ed Bonin officiating. Active pallbearers will be Wayne Fraser, Richard Greenaway Robert Greenaway, Ryan Greenaway, Helmut Legiehn and Steve Maric. Transcona Funeral Chapel in care of arrangements.
