FRANCES MABEL STRANGE On Tuesday, March 5, 2002 in Emerson, Frances Mabel Strange, beloved wife of the late Clifford Strange; mother to Karen Strange of California; sister to the late Ralph McClinton of Victoria, B.C. and his children, Linda, Sandra, and Clifford, and their families in B.C. Frances was born and lived in Nipawin, SK until the death of her father, when the family moved to British Columbia. She completed school in Victoria, then moved to Dominion City and married Clifford Strange. Frances worked for the Manitoba Telephone System in Dominion City and was a very active member of the community. She was on the board of the United Church in Dominion City and an active member of the U.C.W. She was also an avid curler in Manitoba bonspiels. The family wishes to thank the staff at the Emerson P.C.H. for their loving care. The funeral service will be held in the Dominion City United Church on Saturday, March 9 at 2:00 p.m. A reception will follow at the church.
