EDNA ADELINE JEANES March 29, 1919 - March 7, 2002 Peacefully at Vista Park Lodge, on Thursday, March 7, 2002 at 82 years. Edna spent her life in Winnipeg, after moving from the farm of James and Mary Sutherland (McTaggart) in Crystal City, MB. She is survived by her three children, daughter Heather (Ron) Welgush; son Gary (Heather Hansen) Jeanes of Winnipeg and son Gavin (Bev) Urquhart of Arborg; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren whom she loved dearly; brother Art (Connie) Sutherland; sisters, Evelyn Davis, Katherine Johnson of Ontario and dear sister-in-law Joan Sutherland of Winnipeg. She was predeceased by her first husband William Urquhart in 1949, Ed Jeanes in 1982; brothers, Donald, Edwin and Bill Sutherland; sisters, Anne Lovell, Rita Goulding and Kay Lawson and great-granddaughter Baby Jessica. A special thank you to Vista Park Lodge for the excellent care Mom received this past year. In accordance with Ednas wishes, cremation will take place and a family graveside service will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Winnipeg, 301-352 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB R3B 2H8. We love you and miss you, Mom You are in Gods hands, Rest in Peace.
