RENALDO J. DE MARCKY It is with great sorrow we announce the sudden passing of Renaldo Joseph De Marcky on Monday, March 11, 2002. Renaldo was predeceased by his parents, Anita Fusetti February 20, 2002; stepfather Carlo Fusetti in 1986; and his father Noe De Marchi in 1946. He is survived by his wife Roberta; daughter Renita and son-in-law Chris. Renaldo was born March 17, 1942 in Montreal. At the age of four, he and his mother moved to Winnipeg. In his young teen years, he joined the Naval Sea Cadets. He became a Gunnery Officer and Lieutenant in the Canadian Navy. He sailed around the world stopping in Asian ports of call and crossing the equator. After he left the Navy he moved into the reserves where he had a lifetime membership. Renaldo was so proud to be in the Canadian Navy. After the Navy he became a salesman working in Saskatchewan for awhile. Eventually he settled in Winnipeg finally working for A. B. Dick as Branch Manager. Memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 16 at 12:30 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. Interment and reception will follow.
