VIOLA MARIA KARLENZIG (nee TEGG) It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Viola Maria at the age of 94 years. She is lovingly remembered by her daughter Marion; daughter-in-law Hazel; sisters, Grace, Virginia, Tracy, and Vera; and brother Fred; as well as eight grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. Viola was predeceased by her parents, Victoria and Carl; son Alvin; brothers, Clarence, Carl and Walter; sister Victoria. Vi had a passion for life, was an avid fan of curling, having skipped a rink in her earlier years in Rivers, MB, and like a true curler enjoyed a good game of rummy. Funeral Service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 15 at P. Coutu Funeral Chapel, 156 Marion St., with interment to follow in Brandon, MB.
