WARREN LOUIS WHITEHAWK On Sunday March 17, 2002 Warren Louis Whitehawk of the Roseau River Anishinabe First Nation passed away at the age of 17 years. He leaves to mourn his passing his mother Wendy Nelson and father Lindsay Whitehawk; sisters and brothers, Andrea Nelson, Jessica Nelson, Brendon Whitehawk, Tara Nelson, Darnell Whitehawk, Tanisha Nelson, Tina Nelson, and Jordan Whitehawk; grandmothers, Esther Martin and Mary Whitehawk; niece Danielle Nelson; as well as numerous aunties, uncles, cousins, and friends. Traditional wake will continue today (Wednesday) at the residence of Esther Martin on the Roseau River Anishinabe First Nation, with the funeral service following on Thursday, March 21 beginning at High Noon.
