KATY ENNS On March 29, 2002 on her birthday, Katy Enns passed away at the age of 95 years. Katy was a resident at the Bethania Mennonite Personal Care Home in Winnipeg after having lived in the Niverville area for more than 70 years. Her children, Jake and Irene Enns of Edmonton, Hilda Wiens of Regina, Hardy and Vera Enns of Winnipeg, Rudy and Elda Enns of Niverville, Irmie and Ed Pauls of Surrey; as well as 13 grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren will lovingly remember Katy. She also leaves sisters, Louise Bartlette, Agatha Martens, Erica Voth; and brother John (Ruth) Schroeder. Her husband Jacob Enns, a daughter Johanna, and son-in-law Ted Wiens predeceased her. Special thanks to the staff of Bethania Personal Care Home for their tender loving care and compassion. Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 5 at 1:30 p.m. in the Fourth Avenue Bible Church in Niverville with Pastor McCorkindale officiating. Viewing and a Devotional service will be held at Klassen Funeral Chapel, 1897 Henderson Hwy., Thursday, April 4 at 7:00 p.m. Viewing will also be held prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Katy, can be made to Family Life Network, 225 Riverton Ave., Winnipeg, MB R2L 0N1 or to Bethania Personal Care Home, 1045 Concordia Ave., R2K 3S7 Arrangements entrusted to Klassen Funeral Chapel, 338-0331
