She enjoyed hosting family dinners, cooking, baking, canning her home-grown vegetables, crocheting, knitting sweaters, scarves and mittens. She was interested in needlepoint and many other crafts. Loewen, the staff at Concordia Hospital and Moms Palliative Care Team, especially Marlene, for all their help, comfort and kindness. The family will always remember Moms courageous battle with cancer over many years, yet she was always willing to help in any way she could and was selfless in her caring. "It broke our hearts to lose you, but you did not go alone, for part of us went with you, the day God called you home." Transcona Funeral Chapel in care of arrangements.
