NATALYA IOFFE
Born: Jul 17, 1951
Date of Passing: Mar 31, 2002
Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryNATALYA IOFFE After a courageous struggle with cancer, it is with great sorrow that we announce the peaceful bereavement of Natalya Ioffe, cherished mother and beloved spouse, Sunday morning March 31, 2002, at the age of 50. She is survived by her husband Semyon, her daughter Simona, her two boys, Dimitry and Daniel, and by her mother Valentina and father Ilya. We miss you. She was born in Moscow, Russia, on July 17, 1951. She grew up and lived there until she got married, at the tender age of eighteen, to her one and only husband Semyon. Only a few short years after giving birth to Dimitry she immi-grated with her family to Winnipeg, Canada, where she spent the remainder of her years. After establishing a new life in Winnipeg, Simona and then Daniel were born. Living for her children was the only way she knew until she became afflicted with ovarian cancer nearly three years ago. Bravery and courage are small words to describe her fight where she never gave up hope and still lived the same life she had chosen to live before. You will never leave our thoughts, memories or our hearts, Mum, we love you so much. Through space and time, from now till eternity, well never forget you and well always love you. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, April 2 at 1:00 p.m. at the Shaarey Zedek Cemetery, Gate 3. In lieu of flowers or should friends so desire, donations may be made towards the establishment of a memorial library fund in Natalyas name at the Shaarey Zedek Synagogue, 561 Wellington Cres., R3M 0A6, 452-3711.
