CLIFFORD JOSEPH BERARD It is with sadness that we announce the sudden passing on April 5, 2002 of Clifford Joseph Berard at his home with his wife Edith at his side. He was predeceased by his father Joseph, brother Ronnie and a niece Denise. Besides his loving wife Edith, he will be fondly remembered by his mother Sophia; sisters, Tootsie (Peter), Alice, Roseanna (John) brothers, Ed (Eve), Arnie (Lorrie) and Alfred. Clifford was born in Winnipeg on September 25, 1927. Throughout the depression and during his early years he helped his parents raise the family. He was always there for his loved ones. He will be sadly missed, but always remembered. Prayer vigil will be held Wednesday, April 10 at 7:00 p.m. in P. Coutu Funeral Chapel, 156 Marion St. Funeral service will be held Thursday, April 11, at 10:00 a.m. also in the chapel. Interment will follow at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, 4000 Portage Ave. P.
