MARION CHARLOTTE CRITCHLOW Marion Critchlow (widow of William Critchlow) died on April 7, 2002, at Seven Regions Health Centre, Gladstone, at the age of 80 years. Marion was born on September 14, 1921, at Morden, MB. She lived in Plumas and Keyes for part of her young life. It was here where she attended school. Marion moved to Gladstone at the age of 16 and resided there until her death. Over the years, Marions working career led her to employment at the Gladstone Creamery, Central Park Lodge Personal Care Home in Winnipeg, Gladstone Hospital and later at Macs Auto Supply until she retired in 1984. Her husband William; parents Ingaborg and Oscar Evenson; brother Orfield; sisters-in-law, Connie and Pauline; nieces, Darlene, Roberta and Sharon; and nephew-in-law Bill predeceased Marion. She leaves to mourn her death her brothers, Clifford (Dorothy) of Ogema, SK, and Vern of Provost, AB; immediate nieces and nephew, Joan, Betty, Deborah, Tanis, Sandra, Lorraine and Allan and many other relatives and friends. The families of Marion would like to thank the staff at Third Crossing Manor and the Seven Regions Health Centre for their kindness and excellent care given to this very special person. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 13 at 2:00 p.m. in the Gladstone United Church with Rev. Blair Whyte officiating. If friends so desire, memorial donations may be made to the Manitoba Lung Association, the Heart & Stroke Foundation, or to CancerCare Manitoba. Clarkes Funeral Home, Gladstone in care of arrangements. Peacefully sleeping, resting at last, Her weary pain and trials are past, In silence she suffered, in patience she bore, Till God called her home to suffer no more.
